Need a new job? NoWorries Recruiting's INTRO connects you directly with hiring managers. This strategy ensures you are seen first by the decision-maker, giving you an advantage over everyone else who applies online, through a website or a job posting.

These companies don't use external recruiters, making your referral – with no placement fee – appealing to hiring managers.

INTRO includes a guaranteed number of net new introductions to relevant VPs, Directors, CEOs, CRO's, SVP's each week plus resume optimization and personalized interview coaching,

On average, individual contributors are in the interview process with the company where they will accept an offer within 3 weeks. For leadership roles, the average is 6 weeks.
